120 Wrentham Road – Special Permit Request
Sitting in: RA, PD, AP, DC and MC
Gary Crosby presented his request for a special permit to construct a 2 car garage with a room above. He stated that he has tied into the town sewer line. His lot is a non-conforming, irregular shaped property with a one car garage, built prior to zoning in 1930. He feels that it meets the requirements of section 2310. The board discussed if he was increasing the non-conformity of the structure. Some of the board members had been out to see the property and felt it would be an asset to the neighborhood but questioned if this project met the specifics of this bylaw. The applicant requested a continuation to September 4th in order for the board to discuss this situation with Town Counsel.
PD motioned to accept the request for a continuance.
AP seconded the motion.
All in favor to grant the request to September 4, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
